Built by an operator, not a service catalog.

Technolz is led by founders with experience building digital products and business solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Their experience spans travel, marketing, media, financial technology, and artificial intelligence, including building and improving solutions used by businesses at scale. The founders have built products and business systems in large organizations and smaller teams. That experience is useful here because growing businesses usually do not need a large technology program. They need someone who can understand the problem, make a sound call, and get the right thing working. We are optimistic about AI. It can give a small team more reach, but it is not the answer to every problem. We use it when it makes the work better, and leave it out when a simpler approach is more reliable.

How we work.

  • Start with the problem. We want to understand what is getting in the way before we talk about tools.
  • Build the smallest useful thing. A platform, a workflow, an AI feature, or custom software may be right. We do not make the project bigger than the problem.
  • Use agents when the work is genuinely variable. They can help sort through unclear information, coordinate systems, or suggest the next action. For predictable work, predictable software is usually better.
  • Leave room for judgment. If a decision affects a customer, carries real risk, or depends on context, a person should be able to review it.
  • Keep improving after launch. The first version teaches us what to fix next. We stay involved as the business changes.
  • Say what we know. We will be direct about tradeoffs, scope, and what a solution can actually do.
